DAISY PACKAGE
WEEK BEFORE AND DAY OF SERVICES
Unlimited phone calls and emails from the time we're hired
Detailed timeline/ schedule of events taking place the day of the wedding
In office consult with lead coordinator to go over all items to be set up the day of the wedding
Day of services include 8 hours of service (additional hours available)
Coordinators to set up gift table, sign in table, escort cards, party favors, table numbers and any other personal belongings provided by the bride
Assist guests upon arrival
Keep wedding running on time
Ceremony coordination
Grand entrance lineup
Speech preparation
Assisting with cake cutting, toss bouquet and garter throw
Over see vendors making sure they are in the right places at the right times
Remaining on site until end of reception to assist with clean up of all personal belongings
Help load all personal belongings into bride’s vehicle/ hotel room
